Originally from Mt. Holly, NJ, I have also lived in Delaware, Virginia, and now Maryland. Formally in my academic career, I have experienced working as a support administrator at Howard University and as an event coordinator and adjunct professor at Delaware State University, while having the opportunity to lead departmental professional development for student staff. I aspire to continue assisting students in exploring and enhancing their personal and professional development.

I have earned my Ed.D. in Educational Leadership with a concentration in Higher Education from (my Alma Mater)  Delaware State University, my M.A.Ed. in Educational Studies from the University of Phoenix, and my B.A. in English from Delaware State University as well. I am a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE), the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators (NASPA), National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS), and the American Educational Research Association (AERA).

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, cooking, dancing, reading, and watching movies.
